This is my Story

For a long time, I was silent feeling ashamed and alone. Struggling to move forward after sexual assault and the death of my brother. After experiencing a series of miscarriages, I channeled my grief writing a memoir I started ten years ago.

Inspired by the #MeToo Movement and the #LetHerSpeak campaign that brought to light the ‘gag laws’ that silenced sexual assault survivors from sharing their stories, I decided it was time to tell my story, and like medicine, I fell pregnant and went on to give birth to a healthy baby girl.

I believe it was the healing power of working with my story that cleared the path to move forward.

Through writing and sharing life stories, I’ve learned how to reinterpret, rewrite, and re-create myself. 

Now I’ve turned my transformation into an easy-to-follow creative process that anyone can use to move forward and start enjoying life like never before.

A little bit about my professional background, I earned a degree in Social Science from the Australian College of Applied Psychology. I've enjoyed the role of school counsellor, support group facilitator and presently work for local government listening to the voices and stories of young people to co-develop creative solutions to meet their needs and aspirations.

It's my passion to inspire healing and resilience and get you to where you want to be.
